We value your learning experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on HTguru.com for our digital trainings, webinars and courses.
1) Nature of Products
All our offerings are digital services (live online classes, recordings, downloadable resources). Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.
2) No Refund after Access
Fees paid for online courses, workshops or subscriptions are non‑refundable once you receive access links, recordings, or join a live session.
3) Duplicate / Excess Payment
- If a transaction is charged more than once, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
4) Failed / Pending Transactions
If your account is debited but you did not receive confirmation, please email us with the payment reference. After bank confirmation, we will either provide access or issue a refund within 7–10 working days.
5) Event Reschedule / Cancellation by Us
- If a live class is postponed, your enrollment will be moved to the next available batch at no extra cost.
- If we cancel a batch and cannot offer an alternative, a full refund will be issued.
6) Chargebacks
Please contact us first for any payment issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account access.
